Guys, sincerely… Did you plan in the short term to fix the desktop app? Because, watching others subtopics about the same issue and some other problems, I just feel like leaving to other streaming service with a better support.

It has been years and months from the other posts of user with the same problem!

It’s sad for me, because I was the one recommending you to all my acquaintances because of Spotify CEO war indirect involvement controversy, Tidal MAQ codec fraud, Apple’s monopoly…

But after so many bugs, I’ll consider bring my family’s plan to some other service :/

That "no internet" banner is genuinely one of the most frustrating UX issues — especially when your connection is actually fine! It's usually a DNS resolution failure or the app's connectivity check hitting a blocked endpoint. Try toggling airplane mode on and off, or flushing your DNS cache — that fixes it for a lot of people. Also worth checking if any recently installed apps are interfering with your network permissions, since some apps like caller ID tools request aggressive network access that can occasionally trigger false offline flags. Speaking of app permissions and network access, if you use Truecaller, it's worth knowing exactly what permissions it uses and whether your version is safe — I found this breakdown really helpful: truecallerapk.cc/is-truecaller-safe3/. Hope the banner issue gets sorted soon!
