Deezer app stops after playing some time

When Deezer is playing tracks continuously on my PC (without skipping any tracks), the app stops after approximately 4.5 hours of playing.

Then an error appears on my screen. After that the app is frozen and the only solution is to restart the app.

 

When I skip several (more than 10) tracks after another from my playlist or any Deezer playlist the app also freezes. After that the app is frozen and the only solution is to restart the app.
Two Deezer app updates that i got recently (probably pushed by you), I am now at 7.1.160, did not help.
 

One other mysterious item which may have a connection: the track "not another worldwar" from the artist "urban heroes" always refuses to play on my PC. 
After that the app freezes and I need to restart it.
The funny thing is that this track does play on my Iphone without any problem.
Maybe this helps in solving the issue.

What I need: A technical review or escalation to someone with the authority to move this forward.
I appreciate your assistance and look forward to a more in‑depth review of this case.

This case is ongoing for almost six weeks and the helpdesk is always asking the same questions and they don't get it fixed. its really annoying.
