How can I close my deezer account permanently?

The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used. A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials. bug valid for all platforms and there is not related to the beta version

Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

I used to use FLOW all the time, but it played the same music over and over, sometimes one song would play twice in 15 minutes. When I recently discovered "Shuffle My Music" I was happy because I could see what was going to be played and it wouldn't repeat anything (at least not for the 50 songs of the playlist). However, "Shuffle My Music" still suffers from issues FLOW had, namely only playing one or two specific songs from favourite artists and playing the same songs every time. If I pressed "Shuffle My Music" multiple times you can be sure that 80% of the songs in any playlist would be in every other playlist. So, my question: how do I fix My Music? How do I get FLOW or "Shuffle My Music" to have variety? How do I get more than one song from an artist (no matter how many albums and songs they may have) to play?

Is it normal to have several tracks repeated way too frequently when you are in the Flow feature?

Logitech is closing mysqueezebox servers in 2 weeks….. Deezer plugin uses the mysqueezebox server to login to Deezer to make the service work on squeezebox devices via LMS. this means the Deezer plugin will stop working in under 2 weeks. please Deezer work with the community now developing Logitech media server to allow a plugin not requiring mysqueezebox to work so we can continue to enjoy the service. Deezer is the only streaming service effected by this closure so being quick/first to solve the issue could mean grabbing some subscribers from the other streaming services that will also be cut off from LMS squeezebox users because of this closure. If Deezer isn’t able to come up with a solution or help community with info to help create a plugin it will force me to switch to a service who have a plugin that works without mysqueezebox.

When I found a song on shazam I pressed the 3 dots and it would say open in deezer. Now the links no longer there. Any ideas? I'm in UK using Samsung s20

Hello, I live outside of my home country and don't enjoy at all locals taste for music / local music / trends and the local music charts. Is there a way to configure Deezer to show / suggest and play only music of my taste, music inside the style already flagged by me? I was listening a very immersive album and usually Deezer keeps on with the same style after the last track, but not this time (and some others). Some local terrible music started playing and completely ruined all that experience. I had already tried to use foreign proxies / VPNs but my account seems to be glued to my geographical location, maybe coz my credit card billing address. Can this be fixed / changed? I'm almost giving up with Deezer and trying some alternatives. I already pay for Pandora that works fine but doesn't let me listen to an entire album like Deezer does. I really appreciate your help.

When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)

My computer becomes noticeably slower when Deezer is running. It’s most noticeable when there’s already a fair amount of other apps running. This is on a MacBook Air M1 computer. Whilst the CPU usage isn’t anything extreme, it does often sit at around 12% for “Deezer Helper (Renderer)” is simply playing music in the background. What is concerning is that when actively engaging with the app, CPU for that process readily jumps up to 40% +. That seems high to me … for activities that I would think are fairly lite weight. I get less CPU usage from massive applications like Adobe apps, etc. Here’s some examples: After clicking on Explore After clicking on Albums After clicking on “Music” After clicking on an Artists name, and brining up that artist’s page Is this something Deezer developers are aware of? Is Deezer optimised for M1 / silicon chips? Thanks, Jonathan

I got a mail where I'm being told I will be upgraded to HiFi for a small amount of money. The problem is I don't even want HiFi, so, who I can opt-out of that automated upgrade?

When I’m listening to my playlists, sometimes they will shuffle play to songs that I added from My MP3s. Quite often it’s been giving me an error message (MS3000) and refusing to play the song when this happens (or also when I select a My MP3s song from a playlist), but playing the song directly from My MP3s works fine, and seems to offer a few minutes where playing these songs through playlists works again. But, it always seems to break again sooner or later, and it’s really getting frustrating since a lot of my favourite songs (being songs that aren’t on Deezer) are on My MP3s. It would be really helpful if anyone could suggest a way for me to fix this. Thanks very much!

I have used the "Shuffle my music" feature for many years and have never had any kind of issue. https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004269049-Favorites#how_to_shuffle_your_music In the past, it always added songs from all my favorite tracks, albums, and playlists to my listening queue. It was great, one of my favorite features. Now, instead, it is broken. Paradoxically, it was better when I had fewer favorites, as if surpassing a certain threshold made Deezer's algorithms unable to manage them anymore. Now it seems to consider only the recently added favorites from the last month, which it cyclically replays in a repetitive and annoying manner, while ignoring all my history from previous months and years, which it never selects. This is not normal. It has never been like this until a few weeks ago.It does not seem like an issue with my devices at all, because it occurs with both the Android App on my phone and the Web Browser on my notebook.I also noticed "Shuffle my music"
