We appreciate that you're part of the Deezer Free listening community; however, sometimes good things come to an end. Deezer Free will no longer be available in your country as of 19/4/2022.
Logitech is closing mysqueezebox servers in 2 weeks….. Deezer plugin uses the mysqueezebox server to login to Deezer to make the service work on squeezebox devices via LMS. this means the Deezer plugin will stop working in under 2 weeks. please Deezer work with the community now developing Logitech media server to allow a plugin not requiring mysqueezebox to work so we can continue to enjoy the service. Deezer is the only streaming service effected by this closure so being quick/first to solve the issue could mean grabbing some subscribers from the other streaming services that will also be cut off from LMS squeezebox users because of this closure. If Deezer isn’t able to come up with a solution or help community with info to help create a plugin it will force me to switch to a service who have a plugin that works without mysqueezebox.
Hello, I'm using Deezer only few days, but already love it, I'd love to add lyrics to some ukrainian songs, am I able to do it?
I used to use FLOW all the time, but it played the same music over and over, sometimes one song would play twice in 15 minutes. When I recently discovered "Shuffle My Music" I was happy because I could see what was going to be played and it wouldn't repeat anything (at least not for the 50 songs of the playlist). However, "Shuffle My Music" still suffers from issues FLOW had, namely only playing one or two specific songs from favourite artists and playing the same songs every time. If I pressed "Shuffle My Music" multiple times you can be sure that 80% of the songs in any playlist would be in every other playlist. So, my question: how do I fix My Music? How do I get FLOW or "Shuffle My Music" to have variety? How do I get more than one song from an artist (no matter how many albums and songs they may have) to play?
I keep getting a “Track not available on Deezer's servers!” error when downloading music on deemix-pyweb. Please HELP. I’ve paid for subscription too. I have 2 laptops and I don’t have any issues with my other laptop.

Dear, this started to happen from this month, newer had previous this problem. When I turn flow or put Deezer to sleep in one hour, it just block and stop playing. It constantly happens on the same songs from my favourite artists, that I listen the most. So, I put it on flow and after 2 songs it just stop, so I had to open it and press try again and then it starts, but it is really annoying because I am not alwas right beside the device, so please help me to solve the problem, thanks in advance. I signed up for the Family plan trial but instead of having future monthly charges of PHP 195.00 as reported by other Philippine customers, I was told that I would be subject to a monthly charge of USD 17.98. The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used. A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials. bug valid for all platforms and there is not related to the beta version
Hi support team, is there any work in the process or releasing Deezer Connect? Basically it’s like a way of turning my phone Deezer app into a remove to control my computer’s Deezer app. I think this is a deeply wanted request that even Tidal has done it for themselves. I’d like to know if you guys have intention of doing it, and if so, what is the timeline like?
When I'm jus t listening to music I like to scroll through songs I like and queue them up to play. I can't work out how I do this, what am I missing? I'm using the Android version (v6.2.30.88)
I used the Tidal HIFI service for a month, and the truth is that deezer leaves a lot to be desired, I'm fine with the hifi sound, but tidal offers albums with dolby atmos sound, and the audio is wonderful compared to a deezer hifi album . I would like deezer to start implementing dolby atmos sound, because it's something from another world
