About my Deezer

I have opened and activated my Deezer account. Added favorite artists and songs. Uploaded my playlists from S Yet every day I keep getting an email from Deezer saying : Take this final step to unlock your account You already created your account, now pick a few of your favorite artists, and you can start streaming! The more you choose, the better your recommendations will be. Pick your artists WTH?

Is it possible to log out of all devices? I think I have been hacked as im having songs added to my favorites list I have never listened to before. Cheers

I have Deezer family and Alexa family but I can’t get the two to work together. As Alexa family always uses my Deezer profile as the default which means the Alexa family profiles can’t listen to there music.

The are already two weeks since the “Flow” play style, makes a list of 10-15 songs, plays them and that’s all, it stops. All I can do, is either to replay again the same songs, or to play whatever other song (from my favourites, or random), then I tap again Flow, then another 10-15 songs, then stops, and so on. Before, the flaw did what is supposed do, viz playing indefinetely. So Deezer, do something and fix this asap please.

Every month I pay a double subscription to Deezer via my credit card account. Kindly stop the 2nd payment and reimburse me for all the double payments.

I’ve been using Deezer for quite a while (surely 7+ years), and have never posted here before. Today I wanted to create a post to express gratitude for the Quick access feature - I really wanted a way to save albums and playlists that I want to listen to later. Marking these albums / playlists as Favorites defeats the purpose, because they just get mixed with albums / playlists that I’ve already listened to. So I’m a happier user now. The next step - as I see others have expressed in their posts - would be to add a Folders feature, where each folder would function just like Quick access does (although the folders would be accessed in a separate tab, I guess). Thank you, Deezer team!

Is it possible to play a genre with a specific mood? For example, i would like to listen to metal genre with focus mood. Is it possible?

you can increase a music pitch by adding the sound light and do the custom increase steps.

I have upgraded from Premium to Duo so that myself and my son can listen to our own music. How do we do this without our music still being interrupted when we both want to listen at the same time

Hi there, I noticed when you pause the music for less then a second and press play again, it skips the track. Can you bring an update out to resolve this, please. I'm using a Pixel 10 Android 16 It also happens on a Samsung S24 Ultra Many thanks Dom

When playing music, it now stops between each tack. No use to me like this. Any ideas?

I want to get my account back please

I’ve been trying for three days to upgrade to Premium, but the website won’t accept my Visa. The PayPal link goes nowhere, and I don’t have American Express. Support was no help, saying I had to contact my bank. Bank confirmed there were no issues, and I made an online purchase last night. How are people paying for this?

Hello, I am no longer able to search by label, the query is no longer functional for me. I opened a support ticket, and things are somewhat moving along. Is anyone else having this issue? The search query label:”label name” returns no results regardless of label, even if I search for labels I have previously made playlist from. Would also like to note that I had asked other users on Reddit, and are having same problem.

As an audio enthusiast I have compared Deezer to other platforms in ultra expensive audiophiles stores, so my own audiophile system, to my car. Deezer FLAC sounds better than any other streaming platform for natural sound. I had vinyl audio snobs agree. So the only thing missing is Deezer Connect. Other platforms have it. There is a missed opportunity here for Deezer Thank you for your time. Please consider a new Deezer Connect

About a month ago, I sent a Shaker link to a friend. He opened it and tried to connect his Spotify account, and somehow all his songs ended up in my Favorites playlist. It completely messed up my playlist and recommendations. I deleted all those songs, but the recommendations are still terrible. Please help me reset my recommendations. I’ve been trying to fix them by liking and disliking songs for a month, but it’s still really bad.

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to include Rex Smith’s Forever and Let’s make a memory songs, I can see the album but is locked. Also Kenny Rankin”s Hiding inside myself song is playable before but was removed, hope This specific songs can be added if it’s possible. Thanks

Why is the Deezer streaming service having such consistent issues with dropping off and just going silent or sputtering and cutting out? It’s unique to Deezer. I have a couple other music streaming platforms and they have literally never disrupted the music stream in this way. Why is this happening on the Deezer platform and not others consistently? This is a music streaming platform - having songs stop or cut out and interrupt with what seems like monster latency spikes is kind of a deal breaker with a Premium price for streaming.

On Windows 10 / Firefox my setting to use darkmode is ignored.

Hey everyone, I was just practicing my flow and noticed that I get quite a few song suggestions from certain artists. I generally like listening to these artists, but not that often. That's why I think it would be great if there was an option like "Listen less from this artist" in the flow or in the recommendations in general. This would allow you to fine-tune the algorithm without completely blocking the artist. I think that would be a really practical addition to make the flow even more personal.

So received the offer email about 9 days ago and went to use it. Only to be charged the FULL monthly amount and NO offer working. Hmmm duo offer 3 months for one and followed the instructions but no offer working. 😏🤨
