Is it possible to scrobble my listening activity from Deezer to my Last.fm account? How do I do it? I have an iOS.
In addition to the internal scrobbling option of Deezer which works on all devices including iOS, Android, desktop and Xbox apps as well as the web player you can also install the Web Scrobbler browser extension for Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi, the Chromium beta version of MS Edge and Firefox:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lastfm-scrobbler/hhinaapppaileiechjoiifaancjggfjm
On Android devices you can use several external scrobbling apps which also support Deezer, but not on iOS. See also the official Last.fm FAQ about Deezer Scrobbling on the Last.fm support forum.
On my Last.fm-profile the same track is scrobbled all over again, though I'm sure I'm not listening to the same track 50 times in a row (I'm obviously scrobbling from Deezer). What is going on & can it be fixed?
I have my accounts on Lastfm and Deezer linked, but songs that i have listened on Deezer isn't showing on Lastfm.
I listen music from LG WebOS TV. I logged in my account. But I not see listen history on last.fm.
@markbarrois and @Andrew Baysha on what device is this happening? have you tried different ones and the same happens?
@lisp I'm not entirely sure about that compatibility but I will look into this for you and let you know. When you list to Deezer on other devices it scrobbles normally?
@bluezzbastardzz you have any input for them? You seem to know more about last.fm than I do 😛
There were obvious problems with Deezer's internal scrobbling on Friday and Saturday, I had similar effects, too, like scrobbling nothing for about 12 hours, then lagging behind the currently playing songs trying to catch up. This was not caused by Last.fm, as far as I know. At the moment everything seems to be working normally for me at least, i.e. the song scrobbles at the end when the next song starts (which is not the usual way of doing it, but this has been the case with Deezer's internal scrobbling option for a long time).
Concerning scrobbling from other devices than the Deezer web player it should work when everything else is working OK. The good thing about the internal Deezer option is that it connects both accounts with their APIs, not in the individual devices, like the new Spotify scrobbling feature by Last.fm. For example the Deezer Windows 10 app also scrobbles when I have enabled it in the web player (don't know about the new beta desktop app though).
This is also true for mobile apps, but I forgot to mention that the official Last.fm for Android app is also capable of scrobbling Deezer on Android devices, check its settings. So if you enable both scrobbling methods on a device, you will probably get duplicate scrobbles on your Last.fm profile, and you have to disable one of the options to prevent that.
I have problem with scrobbling today.
Then I listen to music from the Android Deezer App scrobbling works fine. It happens after the song is completed. I have no installed Last.fm application on my phone.
Then I listen to music from the WEB site deezer.com on PC scrobbling works fine. It happens after the song is completed.
But if I listen to music from Deezer App on LG WebOS TV scrobbling does not work. I can see listen history on "Listen history" page in my Deezer profile.
Maybe it is actual problem?
Sorry, that would be a question for the Deezer developers then if the internal scrobbling option does not work on other hardware devices. At the moment I am using their web player which works as usual. And checking their old Windows 10 app also scrobbles fine.
@lisp it might be that the scrobbling isn't supported from the TV. I will check this and let you know
@lisp
By the way, you can also manually scrobble missing songs to your Last.fm profile either online with the Universal Scrobbler and Open Scrobbler or the free Windows desktop app Last.fm Scrubbler. So if you already have the songs in a list, you should be able to simply copy & paste them.
@lisp as promised, I've checked and there doesn't seem to be a restriction for scrobbling from a TV. But we are currently having some issues with LG WebOS TVs so that might be one of the effects from that issue. We're keeping track of it, so once it's solved I'll let you know and then we can check if that worked for the scrobbling too, ok? In the mean time, you can try the workaround @bluezzbastardzz suggested 🙂
@bluezzbastardzz Manual scrobbling is bad way for hundreds of songs =)
@Ana. Thanks for answer. I will wait for information.
Hello there,
Deezer web page stopped scrobbling even though the last fm is connected to profile and scrobbling is turned on
What kind of problem could it be?
@pissedjeans what browser are you using? @bluezzbastardzz you're the last.fm expert here 😃 are you having the same issue?
@Ana. i use google chrome 🙂
I'm checking scrobbling with the web player, and it works for me right now. Keep in mind that Deezer's internal scrobbling submits a scrobble at the end of a track, not while playing it and/or after 50% track length, nor does it show as "Scrobbling now" on your Last.fm profile.
If you use Chrome, you can also install the browser extension Web Scrobbler to scrobble from Deezer, by the way.
Hello,
I'm new to Deezer and would like to scrobble my tracks using the internal scrobbler, so I've linked my Last.fm account under "Alerts & sharing", but it does not scrobble anything for me.
Anyone else having the same problem?
I have only tried the web player as of now (I can overcome this with a scrobbler extension in the browser), does anyone have experience with scrobbling on the mobile app?
Thanks,
Kornel

I haven't seen any problem like this yet... Have you tried disconnect and then connect again?
See my former reply, you will only notice that a song has scrobbled from Deezer's internal option after the next track has started. Furthermore mobile scrobbling should work with the activated internal option in the web player, too, i.e. you do not have to nor cannot enable it in the mobile app.
I have tried to unlink/link the last.fm account and log out/log in multiple times, but no avail... Listened to multiple songs in a row, none of them got scrobbled. Also tried from mobile and the desktop app, none of them work. I seriously hoped I found an alternative for Spotify that's worth the money but it does not seem to be a seamless transition... 😞
Hi @Kornél Muhi, have you seen @bluezzbastardzz 's answers above? He gave a few answers that it may help you!
Hello,
Yes, I've seen the answers 🙂 I have listened to full songs and have not seen them scrobbled even after multiple minutes. Today it seems to work (from mobile), will keep an eye on it using multiple platforms in the coming days. Thanks!
@Rafael. Can you please confirm if scrobbling while being offline is not supported by Deezer? I have tried this as well and when I came back online it didn't push my offline listening history to Last.fm.
Having issues with the desktop app as well, it's scrobbling tracks with a huge delay (more than an hour) and even does things randomly: skipped track has been scrobbled, a track has been scrobbled 6 (!) times even though I've listened to it once (see https://pasteboard.co/HuUwiRq.png) 😞
