Hi, can you help. I have a phone in my car that I use on hotspot. Mainly just to play my music through the car speakers. My You tube music works fine but my Deezer will not initiate any playback. It just says hang on a few seconds nearly there. Advice appreciated regarding this. Thank you.

podcast shortcut on IOS

Dear all I have a very annoying issue that I would like to improve I listen to a designated podcast everyday and it does not appear on the music tab (listen recently) but on the podcast one (which is normal) I would like to create from my Home Screen a direct shortcut to access the designated podcast without Siri is there a way to do that ? thank you so much

Deezer login problems - Onkyo TX-NR686 - Hifi

I've been having trouble with Deezer login on my Onkyo TX-NR686. I get the error message “Your details are incorrect, please try again.” I have successfully logged into the android app with the same credentials so the credentials are not wrong. This is really bad as I only listen to music on Deezer through the receiver. I have no use for Deezer otherwise. I have reset my receiver to no avail. Anyone had or having similar issues?

Deezer complications on android

I have Deezer on my iPhone and also on an android. It plays without a problem on iPhone but I keep getting an annoying message when I try on my android saying cannot load content. I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting section and it still won’t - it’s actually worse because I could play the odd album, now I can’t play any 😔

Deezer won't sync my recent listened songs to my recent songs list

I'm having trouble syncing my songs to my recent songs list. On deezer, everyone has a "recent songs" Playlist which shows you the songs you've listened recently. The songs I'm listening, won't pop up there. It just keeps on the songs I listened a couple days ago. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Would be appreciated!!

Search problems

Many times search results are useless. For example I searched for "Shanty". This is the Jonathan Edward's number 1 hit. The search returns results for "Shanti" with an option to search for "Shanty" instead. Choosing to search for "Shanty" instead of "Shanti" then returns some tracks. Click on show all (tracks) and a long list of tracks is displayed, none of them titled "Shanty". Now, if this was an obscure song I might understand, but Shanty was #4 in billboard for 1972. Shanty is a direct hit for the title of the song, and the only direct hit. Why does the search engine think it knows better than the user? Deezer can only find the track if you include the artist name (and if you spell Jonathan correctly). Problems like this impune confidence in using the product. ​​​​​

deezer : apple carplay - stops music whenever I’m using the lhone or siri

It’s been more than 6 months now and it’s just such a bad experience - every time I get a call, answer and end it, the music won’t resume and I have to take my phone and resume it manually. Same go for many other interactions like Siri etc. it’s beyond me how such a big experience like listening to music in the car is not one of your top priority and how such a critical (blocker) bug is out there for that amount of time. I have seen some other conversations here reporting the same thing and chose not to participate as I don’t want to be just another message on the same thread. Such a big issue should be spammed here every week. deezer, I took the time to write all of that cause I really like your product and don’t really want to replace it with anything currently out there. Please address this issue asap. p.s another small annoying bug while you’re at it would be when airplaying and closing the phone sometimes the playback stops, and the only way to go around it is to restart the app.

deezer on Panasonic TV

Hi, I’ve just bought a Panasonic 2021 JX850BZ, installed Deezer but it won’t let me sign in displaying “ ! You don’t seem to be connected to the internet “ however if I enter the wrong password it lets me know so it has to be talking to Deezer’s server no? All my other Apps and online services on the display are working perfectly. Any suggestions? I see there was a new app update mentioned a few months back, has this been released/updated? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still having the same issues. The App is working fine on my Xbox XS and LG Displays. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello, I’m looking for a device with a screen where I could have access to deezer and eventually music in it. I dont want a multifunction device but something simple dedicated to music, so no tablet, smartphone or computer. Do you know if it exists ?

for the past month or so, my music will not play. if i try to play a song it just gets stuck on loading almost there. i have not been able to play downloaded music either. and before you even ask i restarted my phone, cleared the cache, moved from internal to external and vice versa, and nothing works. i expect this app to work properly especially if im giving you my money for extra features

Android App Issue

Hi, The Android app is really slow. It takes a long time to load an album, song information, artist pages etc. Pressing the three dots while a song is playing to access the artist page or add to a playlist brings up a blank screen. This has been happening on and off for a few months. Is this a current issue with the app or is there something wrong on my end?

I can't create my artist profile - my music went to the wrong profile.

Hi, I'm Italian and my distributor is AMUSE. My artist name is BIG PAP, last night (May 26, 2022) my first song entitled TOP BOY - Demo was released on Deezer. https://deezer.page.link/dXdJ6hVGem2qGJGF6 -l ink of my song page on deezer The problem is that they were put in the wrong artist with my same name. Is there a way to separate my music from this other artist? And is there a way for me to manage my page / artist profile? Is it possible to create another profile with the same name BIG PAP to manage my music? Thanks 🙂

Repeat button only repeats ones

I have a Pixel 4A, Deezer version 7.0.4.62. Tried restarting the app and the phone several times, with no success. The song repeat button repeats it only once (meaning playing the song only two times in a row) and then moves to the next song in line. Happens on whichever song I put on repeat. HELP.

will not download anything

How do I know if my songs are downloading? I'm trying to download my favorites list (67 songs) and nothing is happening. It says download starting and then nothing else. I waited about 10 minutes and turned the wifi off but when I do that all the songs Grey out and will not play. Also podcasts will not download, there is not even a download option on the episodes. I am a brand new subscriber so I'm hoping I'm just missing something.

Problem with logging in to the A1 network in Serbia

Some favorite tracks won't download.

Android. Latest app. Force close. Clear cache. 1580 tracks. Added 150gb to my smart cache which is 100gb greater than my current total deezer storage. If i add those missing songs to another playlist, they still don't download. If i remove the song from fav and readd, it still doesn't download. If i undo the download button and redo, i haven't tried and not really willing to. If i uninstall and reinstall, it will download them but then the problem will come back with new songs i add. This is consistent across Android devices but not consistent with the same songs. Some new songs download on my phone but not tablet for example. There are between 10 and 15 songs that currently do this. I'll add more and see what happens. screenshots for fun…

Hi there. Can some1 help me recive all my favourite tunes. I got a alexa echo for Christmas and changed to Amazon music SHITE. so now I got Deezer back 70%of all my favourite tunes are gone any idea how to get them all back.

awful quality on Deezer app, except for radios

I’ve had Deezer for years and recently within the last 2 months the sound quality on the songs is terrible. Crackly and painful to listen to. It’s fine on the radio stations (I listen to the radio through Deezer too) so I don’t understand it? I really need it sorting out. I’ve downloaded the recent version but that’s not worked either!?!?! Please help!

Land Rover deezer linking to premium acct

is there a way to link your deezer Premium acct (ios app set up and paid) to the land rover version of deezer. deezer works well in the car but it would be good if playlist and favourites etc could be shared

My subscription expired. I want deezer hifi back but i switched me to family on accident. I can't find where to activate hifi on the android app or Google. I clicked a link provided somewhere else on this site but it was till wouldn't let me sub to hifi :[

App not working properly

Hi for the past 24 hours when I go to Downloaded Music and click on a playlist the page disappears and says 'retry.' This is a problem because I use this app as a dance teacher. When will this be rectified? If this app is not dependable then I will need to find other options. Regards
