One song plays, the next song stops after a few seconds. Skip that song and the next one plays, then the following stops after a few seconds.

I have had the same problem for the past year using the Mac version of Deezer’s desktop version. Had similar problems listening to Deezer in browsers. The only browser Deezer worked with properly was Safari, but now that has a ‘using too much memory’ problem with Deezer, and fails to work. I tried using Deezer with Opera browser last night and it is working OK… so far.
