I have recently bought my daughter an iPhone and added the Deezer app as part of a Deezer family subscription. It will not let her play any music at all - unable to load, all songs are greyed out, not just the explicit ones. Nothing at all to do with Wi-Fi or connectivity as oddly it will let her play podcasts. Any ideas? I have checked all settings that I can.. thanks

It makes me think of a location error, is the phone set on a country where we are not available?
