Deezer volume issues with Fitbit Versa 2 when connecting AirPods

Hi I have connected the Deezer app on my Fitbit Versa 2 and to Bluetooth AirPods, the music plays but I can’t control the volume. On a couple of occasions I’ve manage to turn it down a little but then it goes back to full volume without pressing anything or I can’t turn it up or down at all. They are all brand new devices and haven’t had any issues with other apps or connecting to other devices. Hope you can help I’m really disappointed as Deezer is the only music streaming service that works with the Fitbit without needing my phone within range.

I’ve not heard of anybody else with this issue, try unlinking your Deezer account, then uninstalling the app from your watch.  Then restart your watch, reinstall the Deezer appy, relink and start again.

 

If this doesn’t work - please try another set of bluetooth head phones with your fitbit.

I have the same issue, cannot change volume on fitbit sense using airpods pro. I purchased fitbit only to play deezer and now I cannot, volume too high :(

Actually I have the same issue and according to Fitbit rep, the volume controls are not currently compatible within the Deezer app. So basically, you have to listen to it at full volume or not at all 😒😔🥺🙄
