Hi all

I have a 2022 Hisense 58” VIDAA Smart TV, which comes with the Deezer app already loaded, however I have the intermittent problem that my downloaded playlists freeze mid-song. I then have to turn the TV off completely at the power outlet for about 5 mins to reboot everything but it seems to happen again after about 30 - 45 mins. This is VERY annoying as I only pay for Deezer premium in order to use it on my TV?? Please help….
