My iPhone doesn’t seem to want to completely download playlists? My WiFi connection is quite strong with a very good speed & my playlists have been “hanging” as partially downloaded for days now? The green download line simply doesn’t move? And some songs have the green tick to suggest that they are downloaded to my device while others have a black tick?? Please help….

Please try to reinstall the app and when you start to download the playlists again, make sure to don’t disconnect from your WiFi until finish the download and make sure you have enough space on your iPhone.📳

If you still have the issue, please send me the screenshot of it and the screenshot of your data settings.🕵🏼
