Hi, I recently cancelled my Spotify account and signed on to a Deezer Premium account due to their respective stances on AI generated contents.However, not being able to cast to Sonos, or not being able to play on Sonos whatsoever (due to known issues to Sonos with Deezer as added service) it will be difficult to keep using the service.

Could you please reach out to BPM entertainment and ask for Taemin's new album Eternal to be released, as well as ask Baekhyun to see if he will release his album self titled Baekhyun. I have reached out to both as well but I'm hoping that both of us asking will help.Thanks in advance

where is the receiptify?

What are the requirements for a user made playlist to show up on an artist page? Or are there only partnered playlists that will show up here? For hard dance artists, I mostly only see “2-Dutch” or “Be Yourself Music” playlists.I am referring to the section named “Playlists” on an artist page.  

Hi All,  I have subscribed to family.. I manage to add 3 members with eaze. I'm left with 2 free members and now I can't add or invite. When I invite it confirms with new members then will have say 'error try again later' it's been a week now. Why am I not able to add new members? :-(

Every week, my playlist of new releases is populated with fake songs by artists I follow, either because they are miscategorized and belong to another artist with the same name. This issue is becoming increasingly frustrating. Please do something about it. For instance, on the pic, the marked songs have nothing to do with the well-known artists of the same names.

As in subject line, if you’ve reported hate speech content and received a response from Deezer, how long does it take for the platform to remove content that clearly violates its code against hate speech?The customer rep responded quickly, so no complaint there. Deezer has changed to give me predominantly music in other languages, not English. My settings are still set to the UK but when I search I can only see other language covers of songs that I know deezer should have. Any help please?

My credit card was compromised around the time of.deezer plan renewal , so my account got suspended for couple of days till I got my new card Once activation again , family member was gone from list I can't rememebr how.it was created , by email or by usernameI want to make sure they get their favourite music back , can you assist and let me know what it was 

I noticed the shuffle button is missing 

I have subscribed to Deezer premium however it’s still saying I’m on the free version and keeps asking me to pay again yet when click to pay it says I already have premium. Have logged in and out twice and still saying same thing 

I canceled last week and still got charged and look at my account and it says I didn't so I had to recancel. Idk if the system glitched but I didn't want the free trial anymore so I canceled yet still charged 

Why is auto play now not connecting automatically to my car when I turn my car on, it has stopped working since the update and I have to physically open the app for it to connect!!

Recently started Deezer. I've been playing with settings and music quality. It doesn't seem to change anything with the quality.  I am using it through my chord mojo and the bit rate is the lowest you can get. Similar to Spotify. When connected to amazon music, the neil young app or onkyo the rate jumps up. Feel a little disappointed at the moment.  

i had deezer premium until one day it logged me out of app and there is a notification about deezer free not being available in my country. how is that possible if i have deezer premium. im still paying for it but i can't log in. someone help!

Hi, Tried adding new albums to my favourite on the app. At first they appear on the “app” playlist, but instantly disappear when refreshing. Likewise, I am trying to remove a playlist from my “liked playlist”. I keep removing it, it pops back when I am refreshing the page. The only actions that last are when I use the browser version of Deezer. I think this is a bug, right?

Can we use a "Passkey" to securely sign in (yet)?Just curious. It’s a becoming a wee bit tedious clicking on photos of fire hydrants or motorcycles frequently when I sign in into Dezzer.com on my laptop. Glad for the security though. Any ideas or news?

There is no option of Bangladeshi local currency payment. If payment can be made in local currency, the matter would have been easier. I request to introduce payment method in local currency.

First time I jumped on Deezer was back in 2019 back then the subscription cost was $5.99 , fast forward to 2023 it’s almost double now at $10.99 I still paid it because I enjoy using Deezer and I’ve got so much music on my account and many playlist … March 2024 I saw another bump up to $11.99 at that point I couldn’t believe how expensive it’s gotten so I decided not to pay this month, mind you I use Deezer everyday so using YT and all was annoying… I decided to go on Deezer to see if I can renew my subscription and to my surprise the price has increased again to $14.99 that’s the Premium subscription (1 Account) I’m honestly done with Deezer I’m sorry but I’m moving to another streaming service y’all hiking price to fast … thought y’all were different that’s why everyone on Spotify, Apple Music and all I stayed true to Deezer but this to much I can’t even pay the $11.99 I just paid last month now it’s an extra $3 , might be nothing to you and to most people but to a lot of other users

I ordered deezer Family and sent the invitation link to my family. When they follow the invitation link, it says that they live in a different country than the admin, even though we live in the same place and that's why it doesn't work. For others, it just shows 'error' when they follow the link and log into their Deezer account. 

I’m on Android 9 with Deezer version 8.0.10.27. The “Audio Output” button on the Settings page stopped working recently, and it just returns me to the home page when I press it. I sometimes like to enable Bass Boost or the Equalizer, but it’s not working anymore. Help!

Hi, I follow the podcast 'O Q Quântico' and the episodes are usually available 1-2 days later in comparison with other platforms. However this week it has already passed 4 days since the last episode was published and it is still not available on deezer.
