Hello,

I’ve noticed a lot of songs I’ve never listened to in my “recently heard” playlist. I believed my account info have been leaked. I changed my password and I’d like to disconnect the devices connected to my account but I can’t find how to do it

If your account being used on another device ,you can remove  them :

    On Android /iOS

    1. Go to Settings  Settings.png
    2. Select Devices Devices.svg

    On Desktop

    1. Go to your profile Profile.png
    2. Select Account Settings
    3. Select the My connected devices tab

I see you've already taken steps to protect your account ,but still You can read all about it in the link below
