I downloaded a few EPs from my PC Deezer app and the do appear as downloads thru the app but, as instructed I went to C:\Users\\Username]\AppData\Roaming\deezer-desktop\Cache and no such folder exists.

Ideally, per my settings, the files should be in FLAC format. I write this in the case I can find this elusive “deezer-desktop” folder.  Is is NOT in the path specified above.  I have also tried the android app and again, no deezer folder. BUT I did see the files, but only in mp3 format.

Also, if anyone is aware of a telephone support # I would be quite interested in that.

Here are a few things to try:

  1. Check hidden folders: The "AppData" folder might be hidden by default. You can reveal it by opening File Explorer, clicking on "View," and checking "Hidden items."

  2. Location on different devices: If you’re seeing MP3 files on your Android app, it might be due to the download settings on mobile, as FLAC files are typically larger and might only be available on desktop.

  3. Deezer FLAC downloads: Make sure that you’ve set your download quality to FLAC in the Deezer app settings, and that you’re downloading the right versions (FLAC should be available on the desktop app).

Files at deezer app not save in clear flac format and they saved in Windows Universal Apps Folder
