Hi,

 

Deezer.page.link types aren't opening in the app for me on my samsung a54. The strange thing is that the option to open them in the app is not even present in the deezer app info (i.e. “supported web adresses”). Other link formats do work. I'm on the latest update of the regular (non beta) app. Any ideas?

Try these steps:

  1. Clear Cache/Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage and clear cache/data.
  2. Check Default Apps: Ensure Deezer is set as the default for supported links in Settings > Apps > Default apps.
  3. Reinstall Deezer: Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  4. Check Permissions: Make sure Deezer has all necessary permissions.
  5. Restart: Reboot your phone.

For future googlers; for me this turned out to be a browser (firefox in my case) issue. Try reinstalling firefox and changing the “open links in app” settings there. Other apps default to linking to the browser first, which then should link to deezer.
