One thing I always hated about Deezer is the fact that on startup, the “now playing” would always show some random garbage song I don’t care about for a few seconds, and then change to the last thing I was playing before closing the app.Now whenever I open Deezer it does the same thing, except it now STAYS THAT WAY.HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS? I DO WANT TO SEE THIS TRASH, I WANT IT TO SHOW THE LAST THING I WAS PLAYING AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO

I’d love to have a new button within the bottom bar that opens the currently playing playlist / album. Right now, when I listen to a playlist or album but continue browsing, there is no easy way to get back to that playlist.As much as I can see, you can maybe find it again in the recent search results but that only works if you actually used the search feature; and not if you got to the playlist purely by clicking through Deezer.Technically, there is the queue icon in the bottom bar, but that only shows previous and soon-to-be-played songs - and not the actual playlist.To summarize: I propose to add a button (either a fitting icon or the playlist / album cover) that brings the user back to the currently playing playlist. You could also add it to the songs-in-queue window instead, if you don’t want to add it directly to the bottom bar.

When hovering over the volume icon in the Deezer desktop app / on the website, a slider appears to increase/ decrease the song’s volume.However, the current slider is horizontal which means the user has to adjust the cursor’s positioning both on the X and Y axis to change the volume adequately. If the slider were vertical (positioned right above the volume icon), the user would only have to adjust the cursor along the Y axis and can therefore change volume much quicker, easier and smoother.This change is tiny, but would improve the UX quite a bit in my opinion, since the volume slider is a very frequently used feature. And that can add up really quickly.

I have issues using my VPN provider with Deezer. As I understand it you don’t support VPN (wrong usage if terms though, you block it). This is a huge issue for those of us interested in security and privacy on the web. I manged to login to my account on my Android TV after temporary removing my subnet from my access list in my router, after logging in I could apply the settings again. Although, it seems to break from time to time requiring me do to the same step again. This is not OK!I’m about to finish my bachelor in IT-forensics and Cybersecurity, so I know the importance of this stuff. And disabling my VPN is out of the question. This must de allowed in some sort from the application. Spotify supports it (my friend tried it with his account at my home from the same device), and so should you.I’m a Deezer user for more then a decade, and I don’t wanna switch to Spotify. But not be able to use VPN to protect my privacy is a deal breaker for me. This issue need to be addressed.

We've been using Google Hub and Minis since 2021 to play Deezer. We've always been able to request specific artists, albums or songs to play however, recently, it hasn't been able to and says "Sorry, something went wrong. When you're ready, give it another try".We tried unlinking and re-linking Deezer Premium, but the same again. Deezer is our only linked music service. Any new suggestions?

I upgraded to Deezer Duo and sent my wife the link. Unfortunately she's having a difficult experience. After she clicked the link she got a screen that asked her if she wanted to join Deezer. Disregarded that but now she is clearly on the free version of Deezer, not the paid Duo version (e.g. she can’t download songs, etc.). We both used Android phones. Can't figure out how to get her access. Any ideas how to resolve this? 

Hello, every time I leave the Deezer app it cuts the music off, it never used to do this its only been a recent thing, it's bloody annoying! Can anyone help? Thanks :)

So every time I start to play music or i am currently playing music and leave the app. The playlist throws me to the very top, never allowing to me to pick up where I left off. Can this be fixed?

Hey folks,first i love the music selection in Deezer and how the algorythm plays my kind of music - well done better then any other app and! full songs not this 2,20m short songs like on ...you know who i mean.But beside all the pros i have this really annoying issue that Deezer stops randomly on my Nest devices. I tryied everything but it wont work. Its on both devices and now im at this point where i stop to listening music cause of this issue.It happens all the time.Is there any bugfix on the table from the devs? Please!my connection is around 50mb/s and there is no issue with it.

I know that not every song on Deezer has lyrics, but since a few days it seems like many songs have no more lyrics, although they had them before. What’s happening?

My favorites have become a huge mix of different music genres. I'd like to be able to tell Deezer to create playlists made from all tracks that are in my favorites, based on a theme or genre that I select. Or just allow me to filter my favorites so I can select for example: rap, dubstep etc. then I can just listen to the ones that are filtered. 

I was reading the lyrics to Iron Maiden songs and the Japanese translations from most of their songs suddenly disappeared, is there a way to get them back? Are they coming back?

I've just moved some music over from my old deezer account to my new one. When I try to add these playlists into my favourites by pressing the purple heart, it days it has been moved to my favourites, but when I look in my favourites, no tracks are there

Hello, I see that some of the English in the app is American. My country is set to Canada already, and my phone language is in English Canada and French Canada. But there are items like "Favorite tracks". When I click on it, it becomes "Favourite". It is irritating as we are trying to get rid of American stuff.  Please change these to Favourite, and any other American English words to Canadian or British English. Thank you

Hi, I want to create a kids profile for my daughter but it's just the 2 of us and I don't want to pay for a 6 account family plan when I can just pay for Duo... I just can't seem to find out if kids profiles are available on Duo? Thanks for the help  Tamara

I’ve been Deezer premium customer for 8 years and still can’t find a way get help? I’ll try here.I'm confused I thought I was on premium and see I’m on trio, have no idea difference’s is I want the best quality…I thought premium was.Deezer is not working on my Sonos…….atm…….I just noticed Sonos say you must use premium on there system for it to operate.is there problem Deezer and Sonos atm? Surely there can’t be I’d get a message service is down surelywhy am I transferred to trio ? I’ve been very happy Deezer over yearskind regards Sully

I am disappointed that Deezer increases my subscription yet offer the same plan £3 a month cheaper in the internet. This is not how to treat loyal and longterm customer. There no real means to contact or have a discussion with anyone from Deezer. We have now cancelled our plan due to this unfair and disrespectful behaviour towards loyal customer.
