Every month I pay a double subscription to Deezer via my credit card account. 

Kindly stop the 2nd payment and reimburse me for all the double payments.

I have replied to your comments, but unsure on which platform (the system is not very user-friendly).

I have initially subscribed to Deezer on my previous email address ("derick.wesson@pkf.co.za"). About a year ago I migrated to a new email address ("fewesson@gmail.com") and updated my details with Deezer.

Eversince I was charged twice. I cannot log into my old email address and will appreciate it if Deezer can stop my subscription on my old email address and reimburse me for all the double subscriptions.

We are an open forum and we do not have access to your account to stop your subscription and cannot issue you a refund.
 

For all further help regarding the double-charged subscription, access to your email address to which you cannot log in, or refunds, you must contact Deezer support.

You may be double-charged on Deezer due to having more than one active account, subscribing through a third-party service like Apple or a mobile provider, or an accidental double subscription

How to resolve the issue
Check for multiple accounts: Log in to Deezer with different email addresses you might have used to see if you have more than one active subscription.

Contact your third-party provider: If you subscribed via Apple or your mobile provider, go to your account settings with them to manage or cancel the extra subscription.

Contact Deezer support: If you can't find the cause or a solution, contact Deezer support. Provide them with details of your account and payment history, as they can look into your billing and help resolve the issue or issue a refund
