Unlock Deezer emails

I have opened and activated my Deezer account. Added favorite artists and songs. Uploaded my playlists from S 

Yet every day I keep getting an email from Deezer saying :

Take this final step to unlock your account

You already created your account, now pick a few of your favorite artists, and you can start streaming! The more you choose, the better your recommendations will be.

The app probably asks you to "unlock your account" even after adding favorite artists because you still need to complete the initial setup by selecting a number of artists.

Adding a few artists does not complete the required selection process, which is necessary for the app to generate personalized recommendations and features like "Flow". To fix this, log out and back in, check your subscription status, or try selecting more artists until the required number is reached (10 - 15).

 

If the problem still persists, then the best solution is to contact Deezer support

The reason the app asks for the selection of fifteen artists is to ensure that users can enjoy all deezer app features, including Flow, daily mixes, and other recs right from the start.
