hi everyone,

I'm a Deezer Premium member. I accidentally deleted Deezer data on my phone. Now, whenever I log in to Deezer on my phone, it shows me as a new member. I don't have any problems when I log in using browser. Do you have any suggestions?

Please make sure you're using the correct email address when logging into the app. If you're still having problems, please send your email address (the one you use in your browser) to community manager ​@Jaime.Deezer so he can look into what's happening with your account.
Please be patient; it's late in Europe and we have to wait until morning there.
