I have a premium account. I use the Deezer android app. I clicked the download button at the top of my playlist and it downloaded all the songs. Then I add a few songs but it doesn't download them. They remain in the playlist but are not downloaded (the download option is still on). Since there is no manual download option, I have to delete all the downloads each time and download them again from the beginning.

why price is 11$ for me? if I am from Ukraine where it cost 6.50And for the last months I am living in Thailand where it is 4$/month?

Audioengine not support deezer on there app. How can i connect my phone with deezer to audioengine b-f1 streamer?

I am unable to connect to Deezer's service from the Android app this morning. I have internet connectivity. I am using the Android device that I use for Deezer to type this issue out. I could not find a submit ticket option, so I am posting here. I tried clearing the app cache for the Deezer app without success as well as rebooting my device twice. Once before clearing my app cache and after clearing the app cache. It looks to me like there is an issue with Deezer's service in relation to connectivity from the Android app. As I indicated above. I can access all of my other internet connected services via apps and I'm using the internet to connect to this website from my Android device. Please offer assistance. If your service is down, I would appreciate a discount for the time I was not able to use your services. Thank you for your time.

Hi,I notice that is Album 62. Festival Zabavne Glazbe Split 2022 disappeared from Deezer .I was have songs from that album on my playlist ,but now I see blurred image of that album which is gone.Also ,songs from there can't find anywhere .Why is disappeared ???

I try to buy a yearly plan on Android but it says “Subscription temporarily not available”, I was really enjoying Deezer, and I have credit on Play Store so I wanted to buy it annually. It happened to me for like two months already, and I will not buy one month again, is very expensive.

Hello.Deezer is constantly just stop playing. And everytime i have to go back in and play again(songs go back to start). Honestly this never happened when i was in Switzerland. It is soooooo bloody annoying. And happens about 5x or while i am playing music. So what is the issue or solution? And no error messages come up.

Sono entrata nel app di Deezer dove ho l abbonamento e mi ha buttato fuori e dice che ho Deezer free na se vado su Google play risulta l abbonamento di Deezer con il rinnovo successivo a luglio come devo fare?

Hello, I’ve just signed for Deezer and I used PayPal for my payment method , with my previous music subscription I used Apple pay which is linked to my O2 mobile account, is that something Deezer does as it make payment easier for me. If not is something that could be done in the future? Thanks.

I noticed that under my playlists and those of friends I follow there is a category called top titles: how is it chosen?Based on the songs we listen to most oftenIn my case, it does not seem to match (some songs I rarely listen to appear)

There is no language settings in the app. I deleted all language pak files except mine at locales folder but didn’t work.

They will be filled with these suggestions but when will they take it seriously to enable it on Android and PC? This option is essential, not even being a Beta Premium user does it work well 

Will deezer ever be available in belize? I personally dislike the audio quality of the other music streaming apps and i would much rather use deezer because it not only sounds better to me it's way more user friendly but it's unavailable in my country. 

I want to pay for deezer but google play won't let me. They are asking me to provide sensitive information that I don't feel comfortable with but they will not unsuspend my account unless I do. Can I have a deezer subscription without going through Google play?

Hello, I am a subscriber and when I try to connect through Bluetooth to listen to music in my car my account will tell me that there are other devices connected. I check my phone and find no other devices connected other than my phone. I'm thinking of changing app...

Hello. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, I used the dektop application and was pleasantly surprised that the developers added the ability to create Flow by genres. For me, this option turned out to be very useful. So I hope that in time this feature will appear in the mobile version as well.

I want to delete my deezer account but i cant because dezzer free is no longer avaliable in my region, and i cant access to the configuration panel, is just a payment website whit subscription plans.

Why is there a tiny Elton John on the corner of my avstar along side the words “tiny dancer"? This annoys me because A) I did not put it there and it says something about me and B) I can't stand that song or any of it's derivatives. How to I get rid of this unwanted endorsement?
