This is driving me mad . I am paying for a service that’s not working properly 

I am a dj and require access to music but this is a constant issue 

if I could use Spotify I would buy my sorftware won’t allow Spotify 

this needs fixing not happy at all with this service

Did you try turning your phone off and on again. It's also worth logging out and logging back in to your account because this can help solve the majority of connection problems.

Hi yes tried all the usual stuff like turn of or reboot device and still dose this constantly 

it shows a list of songs and won’t play more than 90% of them might get to play 1 or 2 songs out of the list 

I am looking into if I can get Spotify to work on my software and come away from Deezer as it’s very poor and a lot of issues 


Hi Mark, I can understand that this is frustrating.

Did you try to use Deezer on a different device? On a browser on a PC? Deezer on a Android phone/tablet or Deezer on a Mac? And if you did, did Deezer work without any problems?

It primarily affects the track mix when searching for content.

Hi I have not been abroad 

I am running iOS and using through my laptop via virtual DJ I have this issue all the time and stops me using the Deezer part on the night

I am on iOS 16.6.1 latest one 

my Deezer is up to date as no update available 

I am searching for songs . It will list them all and when I try to play them I get this error I can look at playlists or albums fine it’s when I go to play a single track 

it’s beginning to be a headache now as every time I have to look for tracks it’s impossible to do it
