Hi, I had a problem using Deezer and had to get it sorted but it now appears I have paid twice, one payment on 11/10 for £11.99 and my usual payment on 10/10 for £14.99 I only want to pay for one account and request an immediate refund, thanks

just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.
