Hello, Recently our family account expired, so we renewed our subscription. Except i had an independent account, and now this independent account is not part of the family anymore. I basically lost my account (when I log in to it I am on deezer free, even though I paid the family subscription!). Thank you for your help, this is a big problem as I had more than 10 thousand songs saved in my playlists, and I have paid for a service which I am not getting.

Every Family Deezer plan have an admin . I think that admin need add your
independent account again to your Deezer family .
How to join a Family as an independent account
Ensure that the Admin account and the account that you want to join with are in the same country.
Note: You must have a Deezer Free account in order to join a Family. This means that if you are a Deezer Premium subscriber, you must unsubscribe from it and wait for your current period to end before joining
- An invite will have been sent to you from the Admin of the Family account. Select the link
- Select ACCEPT INVITE
- Enter your login details or select Sign up if you don't have a Deezer account
A message will appear asking you to verify whether the correct account is selected
- Select YES IT'S MY ACCOUNT if it is your account
Note: Select CHANGE ACCOUNT if an incorrect account is displayed
