songs disappeared

I re-installed the app on a new phone and most of my songs are gone. How can I get them back? It happened before but I can't remember what I did to fix it🙈

    The songs that are missing, are those downloaded songs or songs in a playlist?

    If you use another phone, tablet or pc, are your songs also gone there?

    Is it possible that you are logged on with the wrong account?

      Thank you. I'll have a look. I have 2 accounts on our family subscription. But neither have all my songs 😭😭

        They were in my favorites. Mostly downloaded of not all. 

         

        I had to reinstall the app. 

         

        If I login using my husband's email I can switch profiles to mine but the songs are still not there. Surely if I can get to my profile like that then the songs should be there?

        Thank you for your suggestions. I got my songs back!! 🥳

        Logged in with my old email and remembered the password and they are all there again!

          Perfect! Nice to know and thank you for telling us this 😀 Not all the time, but most of the time it’s an old email address that has been used.
