Hello, Recently our family account expired, so we renewed our subscription. Except i had an independent account, and now this independent account is not part of the family anymore. I basically lost my account (when I log in to it I am on deezer free, even though I paid the family subscription!). Thank you for your help, this is a big problem as I had more than 10 thousand songs saved in my playlists, and I have paid for a service  which I am not getting.Â
