Hi there, is anyone at Deezer taking this issue seriously.  Every time I search for music, I can play the top few tracks, but if I scroll down and try and play a track this error pops up all the time.

Error happens on IOS and Android

I’ve been with Deezer for years, but moving to Spotify if they don’t sort this error

I’ve seen this issue before here, but haven’t experienced it myself (nor on Android, nor on iOS).

Can you share a screenshot of this? And please also send a request in the Help Center.

Hi @johnpcvinson, the MS2004 error, as per our developers, appears to be associated in some cases with users traveling abroad and mainly impacts the track mix when searching for content.

We currently have an ongoing investigation for Android and iOS devices.

Nevertheless, your feedback is great and I will share it with our developers.

Could you please let us know some details more:

-Have you traveled abroad recently?

-What is your OS version and Deezer version?

-Describe the actions you are taking when encountering the error MS2004 - (if possible, provide a video).

-Have you attempted to reinstall the app and clear the cache?

-Have you rebooted your phone?

With this information at our disposal, our developers can continue their efforts to mitigate this issue.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.

Hi, thank you for replying, I had done all the actions detailed above since returning from abroad in August. The only one I hadn’t tried was rebooting the phone (iphone14, iOS 16.7.1), Just done and seems to be OK, will keep you posted!
