Deezer wont work after new upgrades on samsung s21 phone 

HiDeezer stopped showing up on my iPhones locked screen. Also it doesn’t connect through CarPlay anymore. Can you help me with fixing this. I guess it’s started since the change of deezer icon. Thanks

I subscribed to a Family membership but I can not add Family members 

My single was recently distributed through CD BABY.  However when I click the link to find it on Deezer, I found that it’s added to someone else’s artist profile.  The single (called House) is found on Deezer here…https://www.deezer.com/us/album/508146671  The incorrect artist’s page is here…https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/1196038  This is a different band using the same name.  My band is called The Last Alliance as well but it is not the same band nor the same type of music.  This is also preventing me from creating my artist page and the Deezer link which was reported back to CD Baby (that is now live through our HearNow site at https://thelastalliance.hearnow.com/house ) is pointing to the wrong band.  Can you please help correct this?

The app only works on WiFi. Bought a new phone and downloaded music works but nothing else. Looked in settings for something even changes my password but still no luck

Hi,Is it possible to see the number of times a song has been streamed since release? I'm part of a fan group promoting a new release with streaming parties and we would like to be able to monitor the success and effectiveness.  Other streaming apps updates the total number of plays each day.  Thanks

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription but I don't find the cancel buttom in the app. It tells there are offers but there is no way to cancel it, and it tells when it is the next payment due. Can you help me please

xbox In the Deezer app, the song changes in half on its own. Sometimes it switches to the next song 5 seconds after the song starts. And sometimes the song doesn't skip.  Xbox Series S Deezer app skips the song halfway by itself

so here is the thing.. deezer lossless works with network streamers, and i found the NODE from bluesound. does it work with it? or does anyone have a suggestion to network streamer? or any suggestion on how to play lossless from deezeri’m using THE FIVES from klipsch as my speakers.i have 1 year plan and this is my second time, im loving it, but i need that lossless thanks..

When I get to the connect.deezer.com page and I attempt to login, nothing happens. My email address and password are correct, my internet connection is good, and I had no such trouble connecting SoundCloud. I have the same issue when trying to connect to Deezer with any of the social network links on the connect page.  Obviously I need to be able to connect Deezer to Virtual DJ in order to use this machine (mid-2012 MacBook Pro) at a gig. What can I do to solve this problem?

Just unbelievable, that this is a recurring issue in Deezer Version 5.30.590 (5.30.590.173) on Mac OSX, that I cannot simply click on an Artists name w/o getting an error 👎  I honestly NEVER had this issue during my 5 years subscription with Spotify, so maybe it’s time to go back to an app that actually works… Is there no Q&A with the developers? I’m paying a premium for something that is hit or miss here...

HI everyone.I can’t adjust volume for Deezer while using Apple Carplay. Deezer app seems buggy. I can’t see the current music that I am playing now and I can’t play backward or forward for my music. I can’t use Deezer in Apple Carplay to play music and only through my phone.

Hey. I just got noticed that im running out of space on my mobile phone. My question is what data is Deezer App saving on my phone, what is Smart Cache and what im gonna lose if i want to delete saved App data?Thanks in advance!

Is my music safe for 5 days ? My subscription ran out today but I can't pay it until Thursday which is 5 days time. Will I lose my account ? Any help much appreciated 🙂

suddenly i can only listen to songs on deezer free account for 30 seconds? I try to play my favourites which I have had no problems with previously but now I can’t, anyone have any reasons or solutions please? If this is a new policy with deezer then surely free deezer is pointless, and in order to play full songs you have to have premium account?
