Problem On Xbox

When I log into my Deezer account on Xbox it has this weird glitch so that all my playlists are gone and my favourites aren’t correct. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, log in and out, restart console, everything none of it works. I have multiple profiles and none of them are correct.
