Hello, need your help please. My Deezer account is used inside tge family bu a couple of mobile phone. I have my playlist and imported on my phone. My daughter has 20 playlists and downloaded all of them inside her phone.
how can I avoid to see all these playlists downloaded to my mobile phone as well? To avoid consume internal storage. Thanks in advance.

If storage on your phone is full then you need clean/delete your cache . Deleting your cache will be deleted your downloads too.

If Deezer is being slow or says your storage is full, this is likely because the cache in the app is full. You can delete the cache, but remember it will delete your downloads, too.

When you Delete your cache if playlists are still there that is mean they was not downloaded .
If playlist are not downloaded you need unfavorite them on your device one by one by click on purple heart .

If I understand you quite well ,you have downladed playlists on your phone ,and your daughter was downloaded them on her phone too !?
Only way to avoid all these playlists from your mobile phone (if they are downloaded on your device) is to remove them from download .

Downloads in your daughter’s phone should not appear in your device. However, if it’s a premium account, those 20 playlist will appear in both devices in your favourites.
I have a Premium account. And now the storage of my phone is full, as I see on it all the pkaylist downloaded from my daughter on her specific phone

It is not a cache problem. I just wanted to reduce the space allocated to Deezer inside my phone.
in a premium account linked to 2 different phones, how you can avoid to see downloaded locally in your phone a playlist downloaded from the other phone?

You use your Deezer premium account on two devices .
But it's really strange how you can see downloads on both devices .
For every device need be separate download . Except if someone is downloaded same playlists on both .
