No playlist picture/covers in iOS/Android and Desktop/Web apps

A Lot of playlist (Created by me) loses their pictures. Reshuffeling songs does te trick but the next day the same situation again! 

 

Both iOS as Windows10 APP (I don't have Android)

      No Picture (WIndows app, also iOS app.

      After re-shuffeling track
      This will last for approx 1 day

      Thanks for coming back. Is there a way you can post us a link for the playlists so that we can check?

      I also recommend you to clear the apps' cache to see if it makes a difference :thumbsup_tone2:

        Thanks for coming back. It all seems to load properly on our side - on a Mac desktop app and iOS. Have you tried reinstalling the apps?
