When accessing managing my subscription I can’t see where I can change family monthly to family early and enjoy the 8% discount. How can I change my family plan?

On the webpage of Deezer you can change it where you manage your subscription:
This is also possible within the app.
And then you’ll see this and here you should be able to change it.
But first, if I’m correct, you have to end your monthly subscription. And when this has ended, you can start a annual subscription.
