Hello, I was looking on the Internet for some hi-res mp3 players such as  Sony Walkman and Fiio.Does they support deezer for an offline mode( and deezer HIFI)? Moreover would be better to buy a new smarphone or a mp3 player for the best music experience?

My "add to queue" button doesnt work, I put song in queue and after that it comes random song from my playlist, I use deezer phone app, and its really bad.

Has anyone else experienced where the deezer app just logs you out? I would be listening to music just fine and then all of a sudden my music stops, I am then logged out, need to sign in again and need to re-download all of my offline tracks.    Latest IOS version on iPhone 8+.

can’t find a button to switch to hifi subscription 

Hi Deezer Community, Last night I wanted to convert my premium individual account to Duo. To my surprise I had to pay the full amount instead of the additional costs.  Because of this I canceled the payment. What I find very strange is that the failed payment was listed as successful. How does the upgrade work?  Do I have to pay double?  because I have no intention of doing that. Kind regards, W

I have a Blackview BV6200 using Android 13. Deezer player not showing on lock screen even when in use. Have allowed all permissions, installed widget on home screen but still get no sign of Deezer to allow for playback, skip controls or song information.

I always liked to design the deezer playlists I created in the official style, and for this I always used the logo package that I once downloaded on the Deezer brand page. Now that the logo has changed, there is no longer a link with logos and graphics on this site. Is it possible to get this package of official updated logos? (Of course, I can take those that are found when searching on third-party sites, but I would like to use the official package).

Tengo mis suscripción activa, de un año y ya me sacó, intento acceder a mí cuenta y me manda a qué pague los paquetes que ofrece Deezer cuando no debería ser así ya que cada mes estoy pagando el paquete de mercado libre que contiene Deezer por un año y me faltan 8 meses aún, no puedo hacer nada para entrar a mi cuenta de Deezer espero puedan ayudar con esto, de lo contrario cancelaré la suscripción

Can we host a stream party on Deezer? Multiple accounts can stream one playlist chosen by the host?? 

I want to play My Favourites playlist. I play it on shuffle but recently a problem has occurred. Now I keep being told that I HAVE to have Deezer premium to listen to certain tracks, which is false as I listen to those same tracks when in any other playlist. Is this a bug or feature? Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I solve it WITHOUT paying for premium?

When opening Deezer android app it defaults to a song from some 80s Europop dance rubbish, stuff I never listen to. When I open the app my last played song is showing on the play bar but changes in a fraction of a second to this rubbish?Why does it do this?  

As the title already says.I don’t get why such a feature would not be available to users.Now as it stands, every time I search for a song I can only play it which starts a new mix/playlist.Only option I have is to add the song (I searched for) to my favorites or to an existing playlist, or I can start a mix / playlist from the song. How does this make sense to anyone who develops this app ?Deezer, do you even read your feedback?

Hi, I'm new, just signed up for free Deezer to give it a go - I used the Tunemymusic thing to transfer my likes from Spotify but unfortunately it didn't really work. It didn't transfer some stuff I wanted, but did transfer some stuff I'd never liked at all (Judas Priest was put in my favourite artists for example, who I've never listened to once!), I also kinda want to give it all a prune so it's more relevant to me now :) So what I want to know is can I go back to the start, the real start, like first signup, without deleting my account completely and starting again? Thank you :)

I disabled all notifications but I still get notifications from Deezer. How can I cancel these notifications?
