Hi, recently I paid for a year of deezer family and so far I’ve been dislking this app more and more, there are issues and outright missing features everywhere on the app.

Navigating an artist page on the desktop app (and often on android too) is AWFUL, how the hell do I get to their discography? I’M THERE TO LISTEN TO THEIR MUSIC, SHOW ME THEIR F’ING ALBUMS!! If you’re lucky you’re shown their singles and EP’s but good luck finding their albums, ah but of course, enjoy the 2 thousand random playlists that artist appears in, quite useful!

And today I came across music just outright dissapearing from the app.

Armageddon - The 1st Album by Aespa: Album shows up in my favorites but 8 out of 10 songs are unavailable.

First two songs are available but under a different album.

Chill Kill - The 3rd Album by Red Velvet: Album is outright gone, can only see one song in my liked but it is unavailable, clicking on the album name returns an error page.

And amongst all the awful things this app has, one that annoys me quite a bit is random playlists being shoved in my face, some from family members and some from strangers.

I do not need any of these playlists there, it’d be great if the one playlist I actually created would show up there for easy access though! And I surely do NOT care about Rod’s (whoever he may be) taste in music.

At this point I don’t even care about the year subscription I paid, I am very close to just uninstalling this app and going back to that other music app.

Hi @Equi_ !

Songs are greyed out because it is no longer available. This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist, label or right holders have changed.

Also note that playlists created by Deezer, other users and content creators may have had their content removed from public view. ( from Deezer page)

Here is helpful link

All Playlist on left side are playlist on which was last time added or removed songs .
Rod is Deezer Rock Editor and his playlist is on left side because is fav by purple heart and recently played .

( I just favorited the playlist Pop Punk Essentials by Rod - Deezer Rock Editor and listened to the first song and the playlist appeared on the left side )

When two arrows appear next to a song, it means that the song can be replaced with the same song from another album.
You need to click on those two arrows and then the option to replace the song will appear.
If there is  No match was found option, then you can delete the song from the playlist .
