Good morning, Can you give me the URL or how to access all my tickets please. I don’t find where to access to my Tickets. When I go to: https://support.deezer.com/hc/fr I don't see my tickets or a place to enter my ticket number 7718759I thank you in advance.

Hi @PreciousRadio If you already opened a request and got a reply from Deezer via email you should be able to access the info on that ticket.
For further information you can reply to that email or open a chat with our agents from customer support.

Can  you send screenshot !?
