Deezer won't open even when I'm on line

This problem happens occationally’ When I try to open Deezer, even when I’m online I get a warning, this page can not be opened try again. Try again many times to no avail. Then many hours later or the next day it opens as usual. Since I don’t know how to work with Deezer support, i have to hope that one of you fine folks can come up with a solution for me. Thanks.

What do you use? iOS, Android, Windows, Mac?
Which Deezer release are you using?
Does it also happens on other devices?
You are saying that this sometimes happens, can you give us a number how many times this happens?

It will happen when I first try to launch. It may stay out for the rest of the day and then launch the next day or not. It’s very random. Thenit might be good for days before it fail to launch again. It just says cannot open this page try again.

Maybe a standard cliché question, but which Deezer iOS version are you using?

I can’t find a version number. JUst Deezer Premium.

could you please share a screenshot the next time this happens?
In the meantime I’d suggest to update the Deezer app to it latest version and see if that helps.
