Hello,

I cannot open some of my own playlists. they show “private”. I  myself made them so !!!

May be It happened because it existed one shared Orange account free for me while there was an other private account I was paying. Then again I have been offered a new account for free with Orange and something went wrong when I got it. I thought it was OK to keep my playlists.

Please I need to keep my own playlists. In fact I can see them on my PC but I didn’t find a way to make them work. (I don’t see them on the smartphone !)

Playlists and data are attached to specific account . If you used a different email address to connect to the newer account and the playlists were made with the older account you won’t have access to those unless you made them public so you can look for them on deezer .

If you contact deezer support directly and provide identification details for your old account they might be able to retrieve it for you .
