Right, it looks like this in the web player:
https://www.deezer.com/account
It can be tricky if the current language in the web player is one you do not speak which can happen sometimes that it changes automatically due to opening a Deezer link in another language online (which probably is a bug). Then you have to guess what the links mean, but they are at the same place in the UI, so it should be possible to switch back to English.

If you want to change the language on the Deezer web version, you have to change the last two letters in the link, it depends on which language you want to use .
To change the language to English on the Deezer web app, follow these steps: Log in to your account, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select "Account Settings." In the settings menu, scroll down to the "Language" section. Choose "English" from the dropdown menu, then click "Save." Your Deezer interface will now switch to English.
