Hi Deezer, my artist name is TRPS. I have 11 songs in my page that are not mine! So when i installed Deezer i saw that it created a folder named deezer-desktop-updater and it contained installer.exe with an deezer icon around 77 mb’s, so im wondering is it normal?
For some time now the search bar only works one time. When used, the search bar gets stuck at the top of the screen and can’t be used anymore. To use it again Deezer has to be shut down and restarted. When will this be fixed? We update Deezer as often as possible but without results. Right now I am concidering to leave Deezer and switch to Spotify due to this anoying error.
The app is good, the audio quality is great. But I strongly recommend that you don't make the features so limited, people need to explore them thoroughly to decide whether or not it's worth subscribing to Deezer Premium. For example, I think it's quite exaggerated to have to pay to see the lyrics of the songs or choose the one you want to listen to. What I recommend is limiting the number of songs you can choose per day or per hour. I think that if the app were less "restricted", Deezer would have a lot more subscribers today. Another thing I would like to see is more well curated playlists that feature artists and songs based on certain genres or vibes. I also think you should come back with the web version of Deezer Anyway, these are my ideas!
The new UI on Samsung features a drop down gesture menu right where you put the three dots, so I can't touch them anymore, making extremely difficult to access album info, add to a Playlist. Deezer, you screwed this up. Fix it and fix it soon. It was perfect right where it was, I'm not paying for this.
I can get deezer to play by using my voice on alexa, but Spotify and Amazon music allow you to use the phone apps to pick play lists, songs, and chose where to play the music. Ie play 9n denon receiver, kitchen group speakers, everywhere ....
one of my family members was able to join;all the others get a message saying ‘an error happened. Try again later’several days in a row. Tried PC, android phone, different browsers, different countries. no luck
Hi, Does anyone have a working way to actually choose and play music on an Echo device through deezer? I purchased Amazon's Echo Studio and setup the Deezer skill in Alexa. It is an absolute heap of garbage. I cannot choose songs on the Alexa app and am limited to voice commands or previously played content (through Alexa) where Alexa straight up ignores what I asked and plays something else. Why does Spotify have actual integration into this service while Deezer has basically nothing. I tried creating a Playlist in deezer, and that doesn't work with Alexa. I tried using Bluetooth to play through the Deezer app and the sound is very quiet, quality is poor. I tried using Deezer Connect and it doesn't find the Echo Studio. I dont know whether to return the Echo, cancel Deezer or both. Just a terrible experience all around. Extremely disappointed. I was planning on listening to music today, not yelling at Alexa. Edit: AND Deezer got rid of their Fire TV app. Just perfect. Great work guys.
Greetings. I want to ask if the HiFi quality option will be included in the premium subscription or do I need to take out a separate subscription? I have an annual premium subscription and don't see the same option for a yearly subscription for hi-fi. If you have any tips, please leave a message.

Hello there I use to ask Siri to play “flow on Deezer” but recently there’s an error. She says “I need to stay in Deezer” why?? I cannot command it? Did something change on Deezer? all the settings are the same on Siri or my iPhone. thanks in advance
Is that like a permanent design decision? If it is, I really wonder what is the logic behind it, because I don’t find it convenient at all, cause it means extra very uncomfortable thumb movement
Mac Deezer Desktop update not compatible with 10.15 Catalina. It updates automatically but won’t work unless 11.
This thread is related to my previous question: If I happen to tap the middle of the flow button and deezer starts playing a mixture of party, workout, sad, Chill, Love...It starts to play a song, let’s say David Guetta (feat, Sia) - Titanium and i want to find out what mood that track belongs to. e.g. party or workout, how do I go about finding out? I did a google search and the AI agent overview says : Deezer uses an AI system to identify and classify the mood of a track, but there isn't a direct way to see which mood a specific track belongs to within Deezer. However, you can explore the "Flow Moods" feature to discover similar music based on various moods like "Love," "Workout," "Chill," "Sad," "Focus," or "Party".
When I tap the rainbow circle, music starts to play, but no idea which mood is currently playing. How can I check this?
Bonjour. L'application Deezer buguee sur des pubs très fréquemment. Deezer ne parvient pas à diffuser le son de ces pubs. Cela se produit aussi bien sur une connexion wifi que sur données mobiles. Bien sûr j'ai déjà tenté de vider le cache, mais sans succès. Quand cela se produit sur une connexion Android auto, la seule solution est de couper le moteur et de redémarrer le portable. J'ai déjà posé la question voici quelques mois mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse de votre support. Une solution autre que de désinstaller définitivement l'application?

Two issues driving me insane right now with Deezer. 1. All of sudden I don't have a Download button. I sometimes need to play songs in offline mode because I sometimes go where internet is almost nonexistent. 2. In a Playlist of 400+ I shuffle bit the freaking app keeps playing about 20-50 songs over and over!! Same each time. And please don't tell me to clear the cache or uninstall and reinstall or shuffle list from desktop app because I will instatenously combust with rage. Done all of that -not working. And it is not device related - I recently changed phones and same crap is happening to this phone. The only reason I'm still holding on to Deezer is the HF quality.

when i add a song to queue, after my current song comes on my song in queue does not come on instead my playlist just carries on playing?
So, I had an issue. I searched the web to solve it by myself (browsing and stuff). Couldn’t do. So, I wrote to Support. Answer came instantly ! Written by… Melody, Virtual Agent 🤮 Melody suggested that I didn’t think of (1) relauching my browser, nor of (2) checking if my Internet connection was alive. I guess I’m THAT dumb… So, I wrote back a long answer stating it should be more clever and helpful, as I had in the past with a real person. I also asked to “forward to a human”. Its response ? “Please rephrase your question.” 😮🤯🤪
