Hi, Im closing my family subscriptuon and one of family members want to stay in Deezer keeping existing account and chosung his own plan. How to do it because he do not see any plan pripisutions on his account as he where a family member but not an owner?

I have an android, S23 Ultra, no problems related to memory whatsoever, I've already done everything in my power, uninstalled, re-installed, logged into other accounts, tried to be a beta tester even, nothing works. The Home Page stays the same no matter how many times I adjust my recommendations, change artists, listen to another stuff, nothing updates and they still recommend and play artists that I've toggled (don't recommend track & don't recommend artist) the options. I've tried changing country, changing explicit, everything, as I've said above. Can somebody help?
I can't listen offline because it says that my device is connected to 0 devices and I'm the only one connected on that account. I have an Android phone. What solution is there?

Olá fiz a mudança do plano Free para o plano Premium, porém nenhuma das minhas contas, foi atualizada para Premium ambos continuam como free, como fazer o estorno ou resolver esse problema.

HI Deezer, I’d had the free account but now you’re no longer available in my country. It took me years to put together my playlist, is there any way to download, just the names of songs and singers on my playlist. It will take me ages to recompile that list so I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks, P

I don't get notified of the new songs and albums of my favorite artist. all my settings are good, even on the phone. Email is also on, it doesn't come either.
I recently purchased a Garmin Venu 3s and am trying to connect the Watch to my Deezer account. I have done the following: Download Deezer app on Mobile Garmin IQ app Open Deezer app on watch Follow prompt to open Garmin Connect app on phone The page that loads reads the following ‘Access Denied. You don’t have permission to access “http://connect.deezer.com/oauth/auth.php?” on this server ….’ ref code etc etc Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?
Yes I'm being billed $11.99 for my premium plan plus $19.99 for the family plan. I thought it was just $19.99 for the premium family plan.
Today deezer flow main menu only show the options : Discovery,news and favoritos. ALL the genres and modos was gone! It sucks! I love flow and thats my reason to subscribe Deezer.
Anyone else experiencing this enjoyment ruining bug? Would be awesome it there was a solution, because I can't use Deezer for anything this way (not run having to get out of the bath to resume, . or to keep having it switch off during dinner).
Whenever I select a track from search, I got a bunch of recommendations automatically into my queue. I don't want that. I like to set my queue the way I want, with the songs I want. I've seen people ask the same thing on this forum as far back as 5 years ago, I can't believe nothing was done about it yet. I recently switched to deezer from Spotify, but I might actually need to go back there if I can't even chooss what I want to listen to.
I am listening regularly to Hubermann Lab Podcast and never had any other advertisment than the ones (in English, made by Dr. Hubermann itself) within the Podcast, and that’s ok. Today I just got it interrupted like 3 times mid sentence to very random silly localized (in Spanish, as I am in Spain, from Spanish companies). This had NEVER happened before, but not only that… I was re-listening a Podcast I just listened last week and back then didn’t happen! What is happening?? And yes, Premium Account.

I recently wanted to change the photo of my playlist and I can't do it without the title lyrics getting in the way of the image. will there be an update to have an option to not put the title on the cover?
Title is pretty self-explanatory. I’ve been wanting to get into audiobooks but don’t want to add a whole other subscription, nevermind give Amazon more money than I have to for an Audible subscription. I saw in other posts here from only a couple months ago that a couple european countries have access to audiobooks, but nowhere else does. Are there any plans to expand the list of countries where that’s available? And if so, is that a higher priority thing? Or is it on the backburner due to probably-ludicrous licensing shenanigans and, uh, economic nonsense going on over here? I understand if it’s not a priority or even not coming at all, but I’d really like to have everything all in to one stable place that doesn’t retroactively edit things out or wholesale ban authors with no warning like Amazon is known to do.
