I’ve been trying to subscribe to a family plan on my browser for the past half hour but the website (payment.deezer.com) does not react when I press any of the “Start immediately my Deezer Family subscription” buttons. Regardless of the option I choose, the confirmation buttons go absolutely nowhere. I don’t even get a loading symbol, and can continue interacting with the page as if I didn’t press the button at all.Deezer is my favourite of the streaming platforms I've trialled recently but it’s kind of hard to use it if it won’t let me subscribe! How can I fix this?

Hi folks,Following recent update to version 9.0.1.3 I noticed my battery life was getting hammered whilst my phone was idle.  I checked and it was Deezer using the battery despite only 1 minute active screen time.Then I checked data use - since the update a few days ago Deezer has used 861gb of background data. Clearly something very wrong here. Nearly 40gb of foreground data too. Downloaded tracks and smart cache total about 70gb.Over tge last few months data usage has been around 10-20gb per month. I've switched off data and force stopped the app.  I'll be uninstalling next if there isn't a resolution or reason for this. What is going on? Does anyone have any ideas? Anyone with similar issies with this version?  

Improve Deezer connect so it works similarly to ones like Spotify connect and Tidal connect 

Crossfade is such a basic function. I would like to know when Deezer plans to roll it out for the Desktop app and why they haven't done so in all these years.

I used deezer the whole year and it says i didnt listen enough?? 

For some reason Deezer added this as my Top tracks but none of it is tracks I don't listen to. Half of them I can't access. Is someone experiencing this? 

Ive had deezer a few years now and the shuffle isn't working. Ive cleared my cache.ive uninstalled app and re downloaded it . Ive cleared alot of songs that I dont listen to but its still not working it plays one song thats it ive got the shuffle on but I get nothing any ideas that ive missed I have emailed deezer but havent answered I will cancel my subscription if I cant get it back 🤔

I have no idea where my username is. Is it the display name? Do I not have a username?

I have noticed that quite a few of my favourite songs will no longer play till the end, gets half way through and then goes to the next song, I have tried deleting the song then adding it back but problem still occurs

It appears the entirety of the Lagwagon discography with the exception of Hoss is on Deezer. I have researched and Hoss IS available on all the other platforms Spotify,Pandora,Apple,YouTube, everywhere else so you should be able to get it. Hoss is their breakthrough record and arguably their finest work. It is a criminal omission and cannot stand. Please remedy this matter immediately. I switched from Spotify to Deezer for a lot of reasons but a glaring oversight such as this has me questioning if I made the right decision.

I have disabled explicit content on a family member's profile, and explicit songs and albums do show up on the home screen.This is not a problem however, if you attempt to play them the option is disabled.However if I search for a song or artist and the result contains explicit content, e.g Rage Against The Machine. If I click that search result the song will play.Can this be addressed to ensure Explicit content, that is marked as explicit content, cannot be played under any circumstances when it is blocked on the profile.

Today I noticed a change in my home screens, both in the desktop PC app and the Android. Can somebody help me find where "Recently Played" moved in the Android app?! In the desktop version, I found it under “Favorites > Highlights” but can't find it anywhere in the Android app.All of a sudden, the app became useless for me. I don’t want to search for an album over and over again while driving, when it was a matter of two touches before! I prefer to listen what I listened an hour ago with a minimal effort! It appears to me, the only option for now is to“search” every single time for an album? When driving, it’s not really fun.I know, adding to my favorites is an option too, but I only add them when I really like it (hence favorites) not every album that I am checking.

Is there to exclude a playlist from your taste profile so it doesn’t show up in your monthly My Deezer Month playlist? I listen to instrumental music during work hours but I don’t want it influencing my algorithm. 

When using the desktop app, all dates appear in american format, however I am not in America. How do I change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy?All I can find is a “Country Selector” which I have set to Australia, but this has not effect.Thank you!

When I Alt+tab into Deezer (desktop application on Windows 10), spacebar doesn’t pause/resume music...unless I click on the application and then press spacebar (which defeats the entire purpose of a hotkey). I saw another thread from FIVE YEARS AGO bringing up similar concerns about spacebar not working at all.

I have the app on my phone (Android) and it constantly logs me out. At first it was just between uses of the app which was annoying enough, but now it's logging me out while I'm actively listening to music. Why can I not select any option to stay logged in, or remember my device? Something, anything? I switched to this from Pandora because they started having such bad playback issues and errors I wanted an alternative, and with them I only had to log in if I cleared the cache or was logging into a new device. In other words, almost never. Maybe once or twice a YEAR, but certainly not multiple times a DAY. This is infuriating.

Some of my friends are struggling to join my shaker group and some are getting error messages - the page can not be found. Can anyone suggest anything to help?

Hi! I’m trying to switch to Deezer and I can’t seem to get flow to work for more than 3-5 songs. I’m on iOS premium subscription trial period and not in power saver mode. I can’t see any battery or data saving settings in my Settings to turn off. Any idea how to fix this or should I go back to Spotify?

I saw a thread on this from 5 years ago - it’s ridiculous that Deezer still hasn’t implemented this feature, especially as it’s already on the iOS and Android apps. It would be much more convenient to add an entire album to a playlist (including the ‘Favourite tracks’ playlist) all at once rather than having to add one track at a time.

What is the difference between Flow and Shuffle My Music (SMM)? They seem very similar to me in concept. They both seem to be a shuffle/mix of favorites and non-favorites but executed quite differently. Here are the differences I have noticed:Flow plays less favorites, even if I’ve toggled on the “More favorites” option on mobile. SMM plays more favorites. (Winner: SMM) SMM has an “Automated recommendations” toggle and Flow does not. I’m still not sure how this affects SMM but I assume it makes SMM play more non-favorites if on vs off?? (Winner: unknown) Flow only considers favorite songs and playlists but not albums or artists. SMM considers favorite songs, playlists, and albums, but still not artists. I almost never hear from favorited artists using either Flow or SMM unless I also favorite at least one song or album. (Winner: SMM but wish I would hear non-favorited songs/albums from favorited artists) Flow follows my “exclusions” list but SMM does not. (Winner: Flow). Flow is more r

It used to work, but now my uploaded MP3s do not play in Chromecast. They still play fine when playing via the Android or Desktop apps.
