Hi. I'm experiencing issues with the shuffle playback feature—the one that sets your entire library on random playback. Once I click on the button, a message appears that I must first add music, as if I don't have any.

If i play my playlist the order of the songs showed in the queue isn't the same as the one of the playlist and i cannot comprehend why

Hello deezer friends,  I have some trouble with my deezer account on an android device. But first, I am using deezer family with 3 sub-accounts on 5 devices. Only one device makes some trouble. It’s an old Samsung Galaxy S7, running with an android custom rom lineage os. I was wondering because the google play store does not offers me to install the deezer app. Every other app I was searching for is available, But I don’t know why deezer not. I have 2 more android devices with lineage os, with no deezer problems. But ok, no deezer installation in the play store, so I downloaded the app in the aurora store, or made a an apk file download from apkmirror.com. With all versions of the app, I have the problem that in every album oder playlist, the deezer app stops playing at every end of each track with the error message (translated in english) ‘playback error, can not load content’ Of course I have made a re login and reinstalled the app several times. I tried the battery consumption optim

This album by The Avalanches does not show up in the Android app, but it does show up on the web.https://www.deezer.com/en/album/84945272 I have favorited the album via a web browser and the album shows up in my Favorites on the Android app, but when I try to play the album via the Android app (Favorites > Albums), I get the following message:“Unable to load page. An error occurred. Retry.” Retry doesn’t seem to do anything. However, if I start listening to this album via a web browser, and then switch over to Android, I can switch to Android app and continue to listen to the album on the Android app! Unfortunately, this is not a great workaround, as I am unable to download and/or start the album when I’m not at a computer. Not to mention, it’s rather inconvenient.Anyone have any idea what’s going on here and/or how to resolve the issue(s)?

As the title says. The glitch happens all day every day and stops the music and says it's in listening mode on other devices. Deleted my old phone from the list of devices and still does it. Please help

Since September 2024 my deezer app is using a lot of data, commonly when not in my wifi areas I play only downloaded songs, sometimes a little flow, that used to be 1 or 2 GB a month of mobile data, but in September something changed and deezer used 20 GB of data in 3 days.I must clarify that I have the don't download songs in mobile on, low spec songs play only and I play downloaded songs like 90% of the time.Well after that I turn on the offline mode, and in the beginning of October in the first day it used more than 2 GB, with offline mode!!So I used android restrictions, not allowing the app to use mobile data ever. Please check that. I'm using a Samsung S24, Android 14

It says an error occurred please try again later. What to do?

- Deezer beta appFavorites stopped loading on Friday 2024-09-20I've reinstalled the app and the issue is still present.  Favorite tracks is just a blank page of various gray squares. What gives Deezer?  Put in some telemetry so you know when stuff gets broken.  Folks are paying for this and such regressions are not acceptable for a mature product! Thank you..

App reports incorrect android.media.action.CLOSE_AUDIO_EFFECT_CONTROL_SESSION instead of android.media.action.OPEN_AUDIO_EFFECT_CONTROL_SESSION, resulting in the equalization not being applied

A playlist do Meu Top Setembro não está aparecendo para mim, onde posso achá-la?

As I said Deezer on my phone jumps from a song to another while the phone is in my pocket in the middle of the song. It doesn't let finish it. It's weeks since it happening.

When I select "shuffle play" in the downloaded music section of the Android app, I get the message "in offline mode you can only listen to previously downloaded playlists and al..." There are two issues here: 1. I am trying to shuffle downloaded music, which can be played individually as albums; 2. I am not in offline mode.I have already uninstalled and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Can anyone help please?

I am using a Moto z2 play Android phone. In the last 6 months I've started to notice my songs are skipping like a scratched cd and have been producing this popping noise. It started out on just one or two songs but not is like every 5th song. And it is always the same songs. I have I downloaded the playlists that seem to be affected and have uninstalled the Deezer app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled Deezer. It fixes it for a few weeks and then its back.
