Hi. I'm experiencing issues with the shuffle playback feature—the one that sets your entire library on random playback. Once I click on the button, a message appears that I must first add music, as if I don't have any.

Let’s try a few steps to see if we can get it working:
- Delete the Deezer app from your device.
- Turn off your device for 30 seconds.
- Turn it back on and reinstall the Deezer app.
- Clear the cache of Google Play Store by following these steps:
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Tap on Apps and then See all apps.
- Scroll to Google Play Store.
- Tap on Storage, then Clear cache and Clear data.
Once that’s done, reopen the Play Store and reinstall Deezer.

- A screenshot of Data and Storage from the Deezer app settings
