As the title says. The glitch happens all day every day and stops the music and says it's in listening mode on other devices. Deleted my old phone from the list of devices and still does it. Please help

You could also try changing your password, and if that does not solve the issue, then you should contact Deezer Support.

After deleting your old phone from the list of devices  did you turning your phone off and on again !?

Or try logging out and logging back in to your account !

Maybe one of this action would help !
