I know it doesn’t help you at this moment, but I’ve been testing the offline mode on Deezer.
I’ve downloaded 2 albums, put the phone in airplane mode and tried to play the songs.
Well, I didn’t had the same issue as you mentioned. I’m able to play the songs.
Currently I´m using Android 13 with Deezer 8.0.23.4.
