When I select "shuffle play" in the downloaded music section of the Android app, I get the message "in offline mode you can only listen to previously downloaded playlists and al..." There are two issues here: 1. I am trying to shuffle downloaded music, which can be played individually as albums; 2. I am not in offline mode.

I have already uninstalled and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Can anyone help please?

Hi Jaime. Yes it does. It has worked properly, but the problem reappeared this week. Interestingly, it occurred immediately after switching the account member from my kids' one to mine. I don't know if that's linked or not.


Did you try the re-create this @Jaime.Deezer? If not, I can try if the same happens here.

This does seem to be related to switching profiles in the Android app. Shuffling downloaded music had worked for a few days without issues, but when I switched to my kids' profile and back to mine shortly afterwards, I got the same error message as in my original post.
