Hi. I'm experiencing issues with the shuffle playback feature—the one that sets your entire library on random playback. Once I click on the button, a message appears that I must first add music, as if I don't have any.

Hi @Dawg ! Sorry to hear about the issue with the shuffle playback feature.

Let’s try a few steps to see if we can get it working:

  1. Delete the Deezer app from your device.
  2. Turn off your device for 30 seconds.
  3. Turn it back on and reinstall the Deezer app.
  4. Clear the cache of Google Play Store by following these steps:
    • Open Settings on your Android device.
    • Tap on Apps and then See all apps.
    • Scroll to Google Play Store.
    • Tap on Storage, then Clear cache and Clear data.

Once that’s done, reopen the Play Store and reinstall Deezer.

  • The Deezer version you're using
  • Your OS version and device brand/model
  • A screenshot of Data and Storage from the Deezer app settings
