Hello dear Deezer-Team and dear community,

I already have this problem for a few months now: When I try to listen to music offline my downloaded content isn't avaible. It's always a fifty-fifty chance if I can listen to my playlists without using my mobile data, which is incredibly annoying when you're on vacation.

If I change the "normal" mode to "offline mode" I get almost the same notification.

I've read on other posts that this problem is going on since 2020…

When does this bug get finally fixed? T-T

Hello ​@ThunfischCat thanks for your post and sorry to hear that you are getting this issue with offline mode.

Can you please confirm if you have done some troubleshooting like clearing the cache, clearing data and reinstalling the app?

Please share the following details so I can escalate your case to our developers:

  • Android OS version
  • Deezer version installed
  • Screenshot of Data and Storage from inside the Deezer app option
  • Confirmation that all tracks of the playlist are with the green dot (meaning all are downloaded)
  • Video showing a playlist download and step by step you do until you get the error message

Using Airplane mode or using offline mode from the Deezer app, is the behaviour the same?

Note: According to a recent update from our developers we have introduced some improvements in the Deezer beta version 8.0.27. If you can give it a try, please let us know if there are any changes.
