Hi there, I have been a Deezer premium member since Dec 2014. I notice you have put up your family price again and are now €4 a month dearer than Spotify (€15.99 vs €19.99).Can you give me some details as to what you are paying per stream to the artist vs Spotify so I have a reason not to leave the platform? Going to need a bit more than a generic answer this time. Best, Colm.
HiDoes anyone else use the “Picked for you” feature? It’s usually pretty good at giving me recommendations for albums or tracks that match my tastes, but the album selections have not been updated for several weeks now.I’ve tried playing selections from the list to see whether this stimulates a refresh but no joy. Hi is it possible to free storage space by deleting a downloaded playlist? I have tried but don't seem to have increased the storage. Thank you for any reply.

I’m looking for a way to access the Deezer Labs. The link provided for the main page leads to an empty “forbidden” page. I’m already have the Deezer iOS app installed and can provide feedback for app testing on iOS, Windows, and Mac.

Op 16dec is er een account aangemaakt via een mob nr op mijn naam en emailadres. Mob nr en gebruiker bekend. Hij heeft via data lek mijn persoonsgegevens gestolen. Hoe los ik het datalek op. Hij zit al 5 mnd in voorarrest.
When I add songs or artists to my favourites, or block songs or artists, Deezer "learns" from my musical tastes, but it doesn't do it as well as Spotify or YouTube Music. With the AI tools available today Deezer could do a lot better in this regard, and do it dynamically. For example, the song mixes are too static. I should be able to listen to a mix, choose what I like and what I don't, and get a new personalized mix according to my tastes.
Hi i am a t-mobile client and i just got a new phone. So everything is transmitted into the new phone. But my deezer account is all of the sudden not unlimited anymore. The kid can just easily change the settings. This is one of the stupidest oversights I’ve ever seen in an on-line family account. Especially since I see threads from two years ago adressing this and it was never fixed. Correct me if I am wrong about this, please.
I migrated my favorite songs and playlist form spotify but now all of the most recent ones are at the bottom and the oldest ones at the top and when adding new favorite songs they go with the oldest, is there a way to flip this?

Is it possible to access the "My Deezer Year" Playlist from previous years? I would like access to my most listened playlist of the year 2019.
For Christ’s sake please stop deleting music that was previously available. This is just full-blown ridiculous, I purposely support Deezer because I don’t want to support Spotify, as it is Swedish, but your service is so awful at times that you make it very hard for me not to switch to another streaming service.Please give me back the album Bedouin from Pavel Dovgal. It used to be available, now for God knows what reason it’s suddenly gone. Why the ** do you even delete music on your platform!?
Hey! Is there any way I can sync a lyric to a song myself? A beta tester feature or anything?
The heart button on your liked albums is too easy to click by accident, especially since it’s not visible until you hover over the album. If mistakenly pressed it removes the album and messes up the order of the albums. Alternatively it could show a prompt that asks for affirmation so they’re not so easily removed.
