Hi, my Deezer account was disconnected without my doing, when I reconnected myself, my subscribtion was gone and my account reset even though I used the right email adress, for the information, my subscribtion was linked with my phone network provider
I was like; i don't want the commercials so lets look at the pricing.Then i noticed Deezer premium is just too expensive. For all the music we acutally listen the price is just too much. Even with the addition that Spotify is cheaper by default why would i invest into something else?
I just found out today my account is paying you through paypal, i haven't used it in 3 months so can you refund me
The MP3 I´ve uploaded (with the correct tags) should beIncluded in search results Shown in the artist page (In my case it is about albums by an artist that is Deezer, but those albums are not)) Classified by album (So I can click the album title, and I can hear only that album, as Deezer’s defalult behaviour)
When I listen to recommended I hear songs being repeated over and over again. I'd like to hear songs not more then once in 1 session.
How do I make Deezer play random songs according to my playlist when it’s done? Spotify did it automatically?

Hello. I was using another music platform. but i noticed deezer is better. but there is a problem. On the music platform I used to use, I could control the song I opened on my smartphone from the computer application. is it possible to do this? If not, it would be nice to have this feature. so i can use deezer forever.

Apparently Deezer has made some change in the recommendation system that generates the playlists of mix of songs and flow, for example. For a few days it has been suggesting songs that have no relation to what I usually listen to (and before you ask, I confirm that just me use my account and I have not searched for or listened to other musical styles).I hope this annoying problem will be solved soon.

Hello, I subscribed at the beginning of the month to Deezer Premium, and today I upgraded my subscription to Deezer Family from Apple, but my subscription to the application has not upgraded.
New update: Once again, a clean install from MS Store solved the issue. I just wish I didn’t keep experiencing weird issues with the desktop app.Please mark as solved/closed or whatever. I can’t seem to find that kinda function on my end. Windows 10Deezer 5.30.540 I just updated manually upon noticing this issue, as it hadn’t auto-updated from 530.Main window shows this error if I click on an artist or album name in the search results.EDIT: Also happens in playlist and queue.As an added annoyance bonus, the navigate back button is greyed out. In the name of information gathering, I also clicked on a song name. It works.Too bad for me it also nuked my temp queue. 🙄
My aylist is sorter by Latest First. Now for some reason Swipe Right will go Up. Not Down. What the reason of that change. That's not comfortable go further with Left swipe instead of right. Specially when you still have Swipe Right to go further in flow and all Not your Playlist.

I payed for premium accidentally, noticed and payed for hi-fi 5 mins later. Basically payed for 2 subscriptions on same account, first payment were not refund. Can I refund money for premium subscription?

Deezer has taken two transactions out of my account over this week, the first date was April 06, then today, both at the same price. In the terms and agreement, Deezer is only meant to take 1 to pay for the account. However you have taken two at £11.99. Today I am asking for a refund of £11.99 as they both showing on my bank account summary today.
Well hello again. I don't know how and with which tool you tested the ability of your app to work, but still it's unable to perform basic music player function as “track on repeat" and for 10€ a month you don't seem to be able to fix it after repeated complains. What exactly do your dev ream get their salaries for again?

I am not interested in listening to podcasts on Deezer. I already have plenty of other apps for that. Please include an option to disable or at least hide the podcast tab. I already left Spotify because of how they keep pushing podcasts down your throat. Looks like Deezer is headed in the same direction. I am already considering cancelling because of this change.
